Programs I Oversee: AWARE’s “Protecting Priority Habitats” and “From Waste to Action” campaigns.

Why AWARE? Having just graduated with a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Toronto, I am eager to join an environmental non-profit that would connect me with the local community, and AWARE was just the place!

Why Nature? Growing up, I have always had a fascination with bugs and generally loved learning about local biodiversity wherever I am. Although I grew up in Ontario, being in British Columbia has opened my eyes to a whole new way of appreciating the outdoors and connecting with nature. Surrounded by the stunning coastal mountains and a dedicated team, I’m excited to grow both personally and professionally as an environmentalist.
