Background: I completed a dual bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and business management in Australia, graduating in 2007. Over the years, I worked in various industrial process industries, where I gained insight into the significant role buildings play in global emissions.

Why AWARE? Driven by a desire to make a difference, I shifted my focus to sustainability and now work as BC’s first ‘Sustainable Home Designer’ at my firm, GNAR Inc. We’re committed to designing the most sustainable homes possible, with a strong emphasis on ongoing education in all aspects of environmentally responsible home design.

Why Whistler? Buildings are responsible for more than 40% of global emissions, and this realization sparked my passion for creating solutions that reduce our environmental impact. Nature is at the core of my work, as I believe that sustainable home design is essential for a healthier planet.
