Why AWARE? AWARE is uniquely positioned as the voice for the environment in Whistler, tackling the root causes of environmental challenges rather than just treating the symptoms. I’m excited to build upon decades of meaningful climate action, and the community it has created, to drive impactful change.

Why Nature? The Sea to Sky region is home to breathtaking landscapes—snow-capped mountains, turquoise lakes, waterfalls, and endless trails that draw visitors from around the world—yet beyond their beauty, these ecosystems also sustain us with clean air, fresh water, and a deep sense of connection. As the foundation of both the Whistler experience and our overall well-being, nature must be safeguarded from external threats, and I’m committed to protecting it for future generations.
