Thank you to ZipTrek EcoTours Whistler, who generously donated over $3000 to AWARE in November 2025. ZipTrek are regular donors to AWARE as they donate 10% of their revenue from merchandise and GoPro rental sales each quarter to local organisations. Members of the AWARE Team took a quick trip to the zipline course to meet Big “Doug”, a 600+ year old Douglas Fir to celebrate.
Ziptrek operates as an award-winning adventure ecotourism business renowned for delivering awareness and appreciation of the natural environment along with a healthy dose of ziplining adventure. The team facilitate learning about sustainability by balancing the environmental conservation with the economic and social benefits of tourism.
