Need something fixed? Bring your broken item to the Repair Café, where our skilled volunteers will help you repair it—for free!
Whether it’s a missing button, a crooked stool, a broken photo frame, or jewelry with a wacky clasp, bring it to the Repair Café! Our skilled volunteers will assist you with the repair.
Repair Cafés are community initiatives that promote repair as an alternative to discarding items. Residents can bring their broken items and fix them on the spot with the help of our volunteers.
Please note: A Repair Café is not a drop-off service. We ask that you stay on-site while your item is being repaired. Visit repaircafe.org to learn more!
Seeking fixers:
We are looking for fixers who can assist with repairing textiles, wooden items, and jewelry. Please contact Lauren at ac.reltsihw @etsaworez to lend a hand!
Free Basic Bike Checks:
Since this Repair Café falls within Go By Bike Week, we will be offering Free Basic Bike Checks from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Stop by and get a quick tune-up from a local bike mechanic—on the house!
(Bike checks until 2 p.m.) This event is first-come, first-served! We will stop accepting new participants at 3:15 p.m. to allow our fixers to end on time.
Our friendly mechanic will be offering basic bike maintenance to help keep you riding safely. Here’s what you can expect:
✅ Quick safety check
✅ Minor adjustments (air, brakes, chain, basic lube)
✅ Advice on any bigger issues that may need a visit to a full-service bike shop
Please note: Each tune-up is limited to 15 minutes per bike so we can serve as many riders as possible. Our mechanics will do their best to get you road-ready, but they’re not equipped for full repairs or part replacements on-site.
