Each spring and fall, Whistler joins GoByBike Weeks, a province-wide challenge that gets locals biking instead of driving. Whether it’s commuting to school or work, or running errands, these week-long events make it easy to swap the car for a bike.
Why Participate?
We already know biking is great for our health, the planet, and the community. Whether you’re looking to improve your health, reduce your carbon footprint, have fun—or all of the above—GoByBike Weeks give you the perfect reason to ride. So why don’t we do it? Often, it’s because we’re stuck in old habits. To create real change, we need to shift our mindset and make biking a regular part of our lives. Let’s start now.
